当然如果确实在大陆，请首先判断是否使用了vpn之类隐藏你ip的软件，如果你确实认为你的ip是大陆ip可以上报给dweb处理

这是个国外网络硬盘网站，不知为何被"墙"了。用自由门打开时页面跳转到"自由网盟"网站。
