Using fg699 VS Gpass

When I look in to Gmail account activity report I found
google can identify my IP send by fg699 are from China.
But when I use Gpass it shown that IP is from USA.
I really worry about it. Is there any security issue??
My location is in Shanghai.
Please study this issue.

你可以去其他IP测试网站查一查
